Readiness/DRRS Analyst - Clearance Required

Job Description:
Cydecor is seeking a Readiness / DRRS Analyst to support G-5 Strategic Planning and Readiness activities with a focus on Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) data, readiness analysis, and senior-level decision support. This role provides critical analytical and knowledge management support to enable accurate readiness reporting, risk assessment, and strategic insights for military leadership.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) support to MCICOM G-5, enabling leadership visibility into installation and regional readiness.
• Support Mission Essential Task List (METL) and readiness framework updates, including coordination, staffing, briefings, and leadership approval.
• Prepare and submit quarterly readiness reports in DRRS, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with higher-headquarters requirements.
• Coordinate with HQ, regional, and installation staffs to improve readiness reporting processes, templates, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain readiness documentation and training, including updates to the MCICOM Installation Readiness Reporting Handbook.
• Support quarterly readiness working groups and briefings, including POA&Ms, meeting materials, facilitation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
• Align DRRS issues with PPBE, POM, and other command reporting efforts in coordination with HQ program leads.
• Analyze readiness data to support risk assessments, dashboards, reports, and senior-leader decision making.
• Provide MCICOM readiness inputs for Service, Joint Staff, and Congressional reporting, including Semiannual Readiness Reports to Congress.
• Support risk assessments and organizational risk estimates informed by readiness reporting.
• Contribute readiness data and analysis to Force Design and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with HQMC, MCICOM regions, MARFORs, TECOM, PP&O, I&L, and joint stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated readiness reporting.
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide timely responses to readiness-related inquiries.
• Maintain and organize readiness records and collaboration sites (SharePoint, Teams, NIPRNET/SIPRNET) in accordance with policy.
Here's what you need:
• 4-10 years of military experience supporting readiness, planning, or similar analytical tasks
• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat for document preparation and management
• Experience with information and knowledge management
• Demonstrated experience preparing information papers and memorandums for the record
• Experience with risk management, including analyzing and writing risk narratives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior-level audiences
• Active security clearance
Bonus Points If You Have:
• 2+ years of direct experience working with DRRS
• Senior-level Staff Officer assignment (General Staff / 2-4 Star level)
• Completion of DoD Intermediate Level Service Professional Military Education
• Completion of DoD Career Level Service Professional Military Education
• Experience supporting military basing programs
• Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools and advanced Excel analytics
• Knowledge of and experience using Advana / Jupiter software
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Security Clearance:
• Active Secret clearance
